I'm struggling to get into my virgin hub login via it's homepage, I've tried using both the standard password it's come up with and the number for first time set up.
Previously when I first got the hub, logged in fine with the settings number, attempted to change the password, it appeared to go through, however when trying the 'new' password I attempted to setup to regain entry, it was denied. The same again for my default password/number password
I've already tried the reset button a few times, can virgin externally reset the device?
Welcome to our forum, are still having problems? We are not able to view or test the hub login from here sorry. If you are still having issues and a factory reset Resetting your Virgin Media Hub does not seem to help just let us know and we will send you a new one to try.
