Router keeps dropping connection

Hi, recently came back to virgin as a new customer, all setup and working fine for the past 2 weeks, until yesterday, now the hub is continually losing connection. Green lights, red lights, occasionally the white light might stay on for all of 10 minutes.

Not impressed have been running the test diagnostics over my phones 4g connection and its saying I have an issue and to come back in 10 minutes nothing is being fixed...

Any advice please,

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with dropping connection. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I noticed that your Hubs logs show a number of time outs inside. I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you.
