Router issues

Our wifi signal has been dropping out or disconecting for a year, you cant play a game or stream a movie without having to change the 2 or 5g chanels. Our router has been knocked about a few times and i think its damaged. Tech services were no help what do i do now please?

I've located your details and I'm unable to detect any active faults relating to this at the moment.

 

If using a WiFi connection, it's definitely worth Changing your Virgin Media Hub's wireless channel.

Thanks but it still keeps deconnecting on wifi ipad iphone x box its all the same whether 3ft or 20ft the hub itself has been knocked about over the years and i think it may be that.

Thanks Heather ive tried everything i know the channels to switvhing of with cables out overnight. Its still happening through my ipad and iphone tonight. Very frustrating i have to say.
