Router issues

Hi,

I've got home from work to find that I don't have any internet connectivity or any wireless network (functional or otherwise). My superhub (old black/silver upright model) is flashing the large round button on the front blue 15 times and then switching to purple for about 5 seconds before repeating the process. I've manually rebooted it 3 times but it hasn't helped.

Does anyone know what this light pattern means and how to fix it?

Hi Geoff,

From what you're saying it sounds like an area outage. I don't know what model of Hub you have, could be Super Hub1, but you can view what the lights should be doing here.

I'd like to test your connection and find out what's happening so please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page). Once I have the requested data I'll run my diagnostics.
