for a while now we've suffered significant dropout of our signal. Hive keeps dropping off, so does internet connectivity. It appears that the router has finally given up the ghost. Whats' the best way to address this?

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection. I can imagine how annoying this must be.
Looking at your connection, there have been no time-outs since the router has been online, which is good.
Does this happen on both wired and wireless devices?
Do you notice any lights change on the router at all?
