Router Factory Reset

Do VM reset the router remotely to factory settings for any reason.

Bingo. It's no longer supplied by VM and it was always a bad one particularly because it did not have dual mode WiFi. It is also very poor on buffer space and processor power.

I hope the VM bods decide that it is faulty and send out the current model hub.

No, I don't think so. I've never a remote factory reset in all the years I've been with NTL/VM
