Followed all instructions to reset password to view and change settings on vm super hub Tells me password is not recognised .... Spent the last 3 hours following these instructions!! Not happy so must be doing something wrong!
I'm sorry to read that you are unable to log into the Super Hub.
Are you using the settings password written underneath the router to be able to log in?
If you have changed this password, you can complete a PIN hole reset (be mindful that any saved settings will revert to default) and this should allow you to sign in and change any settings you need too.
