Registration Failure for the second time in as many weeks

Last week my internet cut out completely. Engineer came round, gave me a new router and did some other things and seemed to fix it. A week later it has done it again. No engineers available until the 16th which is no use because I'll be at work. This isn't nearly good enough. I pay for a service and I expect to receive it. Please sort it out.

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection and that the dates suggested were unsuitable for your needs.

I can see that since you posted who have spoken to our teams on the phones and they have been able to help further as it seems a re-pull is required.
