I'm having the same issue but my laptops and phones all get disconnected too. we have 2 xbox ones and a 360 and all disconnecting anything between 5mins and 20 mins into games. my kids are going mental about it and to be honest the offshore call centres (or UK based) never seem to be able to help. i have had an engineer out already and now awaiting another. from what i have been told its a vm network issue???? but because the number of people affected in the area is only 6% at the moment and not the required 10% no network ticket will be raised to resolve the matter!!!!
is there any hope in getting this sorted any time soon. i know the issues with the SH2 went on for months
