Problems since router reset yesterday (possible Area 22 error?)
We are experiencing dropouts since resetting our Superhub 2ac 24 hours ago... frequent resolving host errors, problems with smart devices, smartphones losing connection for a few seconds, etc. I'm using Google DNS and wireless set to 'best performance' but still seeing the problem. Had similar issue before (2 years ago) and had the hub swapped out. We now have unrelated wifi issues with this hub, but nothing as bad as today.

Thanks for letting us know about your connection dropping out, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have tested your connection from here and I can see that there's a number of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs which will explain the disconnections you mentioned.
I would need to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you, I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'l get this sorted for you.
