Problems since router reset yesterday (possible Area 22 error?)

We are experiencing dropouts since resetting our Superhub 2ac 24 hours ago... frequent resolving host errors, problems with smart devices, smartphones losing connection for a few seconds, etc. I'm using Google DNS and wireless set to 'best performance' but still seeing the problem. Had similar issue before (2 years ago) and had the hub swapped out. We now have unrelated wifi issues with this hub, but nothing as bad as today.

Just to confuse matters, we also seem to be seeing the same Leeds/ Area 22 outage as mentioned here. I'm wondering if that's what's causing it?

Re: Problems since router reset yesterday (possible Area 22 error?)

Just had another drop out at 11.16am. The only clue I can see is that the DHCP lease time seems to run out/ renew around that time.

There's nothing in the logs to suggest a problem around 11.16, weirdly.

I will set up a quality monitor and see if I'm getting the same outages as everyone else...

My Broadband Ping - Virgin

Looks like I am getting the same outages every 50-60 min as the other users in Leeds.

Re: Problems since router reset yesterday (possible Area 22 error?)

Hi crrm,

Thanks for letting us know about your connection dropping out, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested your connection from here and I can see that there's a number of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs which will explain the disconnections you mentioned.

I would need to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you, I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'l get this sorted for you.

Take care,

Thanks,

Adam.
