Problems signing into websites using username and password over WI-FI
I have a very weird issue where certain websites (eBay) that require me to login with a username and password, dont actually sign in once i enter my username and password. This only happens when connected to Wi-Fi. If I use the data from my mobile provider, I can sign in perfectly fine.
When asked to sign into a website, i enter my username and password correctly. Click confirm and then the website asked me to enter my username and password again. My username and password is correct. Ive entered my details manually and also saved it in the browsers settings
This affects all devices connected to Wi-Fi
This affects all browsers I have tried to use
To try and resolve this issue, I've cleared my cache and history, restarted my router, disabled the Virgin Hub firewall
This is a very irritating issue. Ive called Virgin, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Any suggestions?
