Problem with modem dropping internet access

This is happening frequently now, especially if the modem is powered of.

Been doing this for months now, after a reeboot it comes back on after 10 mins or so.

I have done a full reset a few times , runs ok for a while but fails again.

Help!

Hi fletchd, 

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your modem dropping internet access, I apologise for any troubles caused.

I have tested your connection from here, and I can see a large number of T3 and T4 time outs inside the Hubs logs.

An engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you. I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking.
