Problem of Super Hub 3

Hi, my super hub recently having a problem. It will suddenly restart itself. At every 10 pm, it is disconnected to the network signal. And I called the customer service and the my helped me to update my signal yesterday. However, the auto restarting problem doesn't fixed.

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Hub 3.0.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician.
