Post code NG8 1AG ,area 30, could not access broadband for 3 days!!

I called virginmediia help service 3 times but nothing changed now , I just test broadband status online , no luck,and shows "We're trying to sort it out for you...", like 2 days ago.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband connection.

On the day you posted there was a fault reported in your area which has since been closed as resolved.

Is the internet now working ok for you or are you experiencing further issues?
