Poor latency since superhub 3

So just upgraded to vivid 200 gamer.  Tonight received a superhub 3, connected up, rang the number to activate, followed all the instructions and ever since had poor latency.  Pages slower to load, ping times longer.  Running in modem only mode with Asus RT-N56U.  Very few issues on the former superhub 2.  

See Graph below, packet loss occurred when swapped the superhub out.  Clearly noticeable the increase in latency.

To be honest with you those stats look better than what i was getting the yellow used to go off the scale

I will say this though they did look worse but I never had any problems with latency when gaming and doing my normal stuff, I just think its the modem not prioritising the ICMP packets for pings

This could be confirmed with the plan to use the PIE algorithm with DOCSIS 3.1 that would prevent buffer bloat amongst other things

I did suffer the port flapping issue and so was downgraded to the SH2AC

Also sorry about the amount of replies I'm hyper focused at the moment, the ping jitter on the hub 3 is a reported issue it isn't as good as the SH2AC for instance, however it doesn't cause any issues from my experience

deviousiphone its causing noticeable slow down in even just general web surfing, nevermind games.  will have to try some gaming later and see how its impacted that too.  Not the first person to mention that this new hub is having problems.

And no better today.  8am packet loss due to restarting the equipment before work, was hopeful it would improve, guess not Smiley Sad 

Be nice if vm staff would respond and at least look in to this for me.
