Poor connection with SuperHub 3.0

Hello,

We upgraded to the SuperHub 3.0 router last week. In that time, our connection has been variable. It cuts out several times a day and runs slowly. Does anyone have any advice please?

WiFi signal strength of FionaZen-PC is -71dBm.
WiFi signal strength of android-64cfa4a083afdc53 is -57dBm.
WiFi signal strength of Chromecast-Audio is -65dBm.
WiFi signal strength of android-6d825ea6daa56824 is -58dBm.
WiFi signal strength of android-924ce82f30a93985 is -50dBm.
Wireless primary network is Enabled on 2.4GHz.
Wireless primary network is Enabled on 5GHz.
Telephone line 1 is disabled
Telephone line 2 is disabled
Wired client on port 4 is running at 100 Mbps.
Wireless guest network is Disabled on 2.4GHz.
Wireless guest network is Disabled on 5GHz.

Thanks for posting and a big welcome to the community Smiley Very Happy

Sorry to hear about your connection problems. Can I ask if you're using a wireless or hard-wired connection when you notice the disconnections? If you're using the wireless, I would recommend changing your wireless channel as this will often improve problems caused by wireless interference.
