Poor broadband signal from router

Poor signal from 2G and 5G Superhub around the house. In next room 4m from router, no walls between, intermittent signal yet can get full signal from booster upstairs. I can get just as good a direct signal strength on 2 and 5G from neighbours  virgin router through a cavity brick wall. I suspect the superhub.

Helpline improved speed but strength still inadequate.

Re: Poor broadband signal from router

Hi Rm3073,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with the wireless signal within the property.

You can take a look at this link > Getting the best Wireless Network Signal which will show you the possibilities of interference within the home.

Have you tried to change the wireless channel to improve the connection?

Let us know how you get on

Sam
