Poor Internet Speeds and Connectivity

Over the past few months, the property I reside within has had issues with our speeds and connection to the Superhub 2ac.

There are six of us each with multiple devices from phones, laptops, tablets to desktop pcs. The majority connect via the WiFi to the 2G, some on the 5G and one device via powerline Ethernet.

We have not had much in the ways of error messages recorded on the network log just sporadic T3 and MDD timeouts and the router/hub often having to re-establish the downstream.

Here are the current readings for network status as I can only average 14Mbps with a relatively empty house, the downstream channels look underpowered to me but I don't know for sure:

While the upstream look a lot healthier and would agree with the full 6Mbps upload speeds I have been recieving.

Been unable to put it into a table.

Any Ideas?

Re: Poor Internet Speeds and Connectivity

Downstream all channels aren't locked and the ones that are have power levels and SNR too low.

Upstream is on the high side as well.

You'll need to get someone out to look at it. Probably best phoning as the forum staff can take over a week to respond.

Dave.
