The ping is usually very good for my 100mb speed broadband, 20-30ms. However today it's been 180-200ms, I rang up and they say it's an area problem and it will take a whole month for the engineers to fix it. I ask why it will take so long given we pay more now than we had last year for a faulty service, and also any advice on how to improve the ping in the meantime would be really appreciated. Thanks!
Really sorry to hear about the problems with your connection. Do you happen to have a fault reference I can track? I'm not able to find your account info right now, but from what you've said it sounds like an SNR issue.
