Packet loss and 'No Ranging Response received'

Hello,

I have been having terrible packet loss through out the last couple of days. The network log has been showing an error 'No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out' (82000200).

Could someone from the VMstaff have a look at it? The broadband is severely crippled and pages take ages to load.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for your response.

The connection seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine, other times the packet loss reaches 20%.

 I have set up a graph to monitor it now, it should update live.

The connection is very unstable today. The network log started showing a different kind of errors today 'Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out' and 'Lost MDD Timeout'.

I have tested things from here and your downstream power levels appear to be on the lower side of the scale, I would like to arrange for an engineer to investigate this further for you. I'm having the same issue, can someone please reply to me? I've tried countless times on the phone and posted twice on here.
