I'm getting packet loss in the day and in the evening. I've done a thinkbroadband monitor and its showing up as I'm loosing packets, I was wondering if somebould could tell me when this will be fixed in my area.
Hey, there is an issue because I contacted virgin media on the phone the other day and spoke to the line 2 broadband team. the advisor couldn't find anything wrong until he went into my downstream and upstream. and he Said there is a problem as I can see in the evening your getting bad issues. but he couldn't do anything because he said something about its classed as a minor issue because nobody else has complained about it in my area as much. so there is a problem and it needs to get sorted out asap, I'm on a wired connection, I even did a wired speed test when I rang the advisor team and I was getting 16MB download speed.
