Packet Loss

At peak times every night I am experiencing high packet loss. This makes it impossible to play video games or watch videos etc. Before you ask I am using a Wired Ethernet connection. I have ping tested my Router and I get 0 packet loss. This means it is 100% Virgin Media's problem and nothing to do with my end. I have also Tracer Routed and can see that there are problems with the data transfer once its past the router. Its not just my PC, any device on the wireless is also affected. Please sort this out, its been going on for weeks.....

Thanks for letting us know about your packet loss issues, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that all of your downstream power levels are too low and will require an engineer to attend in order to resolve this for you.
