PRE and POST RS errors

I have been having issues the last few weeks with my internet being "slow" - speedtests have returned 30mb upto 200mb at varing times, but the issue seems to be errors causing retries when accessing websites

I noticed my Post RS errors were high, so I reset them last night, and this evening they are high again, as posted below - is there anything I can do or do I need to contact VM?

The quantity of Post RS errors you are seeing there is typical of those during the re-boot of the hub.

What you need to do is reset to zero both Pre and Post and then monitor during normal operation.
