PR block

Hi I got home today and had a card saying quote PR BLOCK when you call.
Done this they now tell me my Internet hadst been cutting off as there's a problem in the area.
When I left home this morning there was no problem. The equipment had been installed and been working for the last 5 yrs plus...
Can anybody advise help or tell me what the problem can be?
I now have to wait for an engineer to come out..

Welcome to our forum, really sorry about the disruption and appreciate the connection was working okay for you however for some reason your line is inducing noise into the local network and disrupting other customers. Not your fault in the least but as I am sure you can appreciate we need to get this fixed. I can see that the engineers plan to replace your cable.
