PC laptop "no internet, secured"

Hi. Can anyone help? All devices in our house connect to VM Hub3 but one laptop PC had stopped connecting and/or recognising the box but won't go online?

Help and tips welcome.

I have same issue. I believe the problem is with the hub. My laptop will connect to all other hubs apart from Virginmedia ones

I am sorry you are having a problem with one laptop, perhaps it is an incompatibility with the later wireless standards of the hub. If the laptop is running Windows it may be worth checking that you have the latest wireless adaptor drivers installed, best to get them from the manufacture if you can rather than rely on windows update we have found.
