we are in our uni home in Portsmouth and have have perfect internet in our house last academic year. but since September around 9-10 pm the internet is unusable, Virgin said this would be fixed by the 15th of February, now it is the 19th and the same problems occur a massive ping spike every couple of seconds. is it a fault with our router as im sick of poopy internet for the past 6 months !!!!! especially as we were in the middle of our dissertation and exams coming up
