Outside work.

So I have another engineer visiting in 8 days from now to 'fix' the issue whatever that may be.

My multitude of neighbours seem not to have as many problems as myself and after a little investigating of the coax running down my building, I can see my cable goes down into the ground through separate truncking and has been bound together with a number of unshielded cables.

Could and would Virgin relay the outside part of my cable, as the amount of issues I have had is incredible.

I tend not to report the minor disconnects.

Re: Outside work.

if the cable is proved to be faulty then they will book a repull - that can take a while - think weeks to a month or two

Re: Outside work.

Internet back on before the engineer came out so they cancelled the visit. 4 days later return from Xmas at the families to a non syncing hub. Thinking about this. All the problems started when they upgraded the speeds on the network. Before that the connection was rock solid.
