I recently switched to Virgin Media broadband, and since the switch my OnePlus 3 has not worked with our 2nd gen Chromecast devices. They all worked fine before and are displaying fine on other devices, do you know how to fix this?

The Chromecast does work with the most updated f/w version on Hub 3 so you should have no issues with this.
You may need to separate out the two frequencies though. Both 2.4GHz and 5GHz broadcast on the same network name (SSID) so I'd advise that you access the Hub GUI and change the SSID for one or both. The passwords can remain the same if preferred but changing the name should resolve this.
