On going problem with The green light on my router , it does happpen to often this days. Service is down AGAIN I have a green flashing light on my super hub 3 that won't go away, I have no idea what it means other then the fact that my internet is down and there is nothing on virgin site that tells me what this light means I don't have virgin phone so will cost me to call which I don't think is fair. I have realised that quite often the internet it is very slow on the evenings , it is difficult to browse the internet even Would be nice if virgin could Help As it is very annoying
Sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection.
On the day you posted there was a fault in your area which has since been closed down as resolved. The line and hub are now showing as fine with no issues.
In regards to the slow internet, are you able to complete speed tests at different times of the day through a wired connection please so we can see what you achieve? Do you notice this issue on all devices?
