Since Monday we have been having some strange things going on with our Internet particularly with our download and streaming speeds. The speeds have been very slow, i rang last night and the operator checked everything nothing was wrong. The service was working fine last night but this evening i have noticed that my downstream levels which were -3 last night have suddenly gone to +7
I'm also getting odd error's on the logs, I have a super hub 2 at present. The error is "Lost MDD Timeout"
When I am streaming stuff off Netflix and YouTube it keeps stopping.
You are missing a downstream channel and the SNR on the adjacent channel is too low, the SNR on the rest of the downstream channels is a bit marginal.
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
its working today but some days its not last time the engineer was here he fitted something on the back of the router ive took this off it seems to be working better now, but my power levels have gone up quite a lot now.
Seems to be an ongoing issue really as soon as my power levels get adjusted they go all over the place
