Wireless has been dropping intermittently for a few weeks now. I have used the testing tool in service status a number of times and reset the super hub. That used to give us a bit of stability for a few hours but the service now isn't coming back on line. I tried called Virgin a number of times this evening but couldn't get through (was kept on hold then disconnected). I appear to have full wireless reception but then have no internet connectivity. Any tips on how best to resolve this would be appreciated. Thanks
Thanks for letting us know that you're having troubles with your wireless dropping out intermittently for a few weeks, I apologise for any troubles incurred.
I have run some diagnostics from here on your connection and I can see that you're only locking onto one upstream channel, an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve things for you. I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking.
