No wireless connection

All my devices show I am connected to my wireless network but none will connect! I,ve rebooted the router,powered it down all no avail, I can't stream anything to my tv as the network can,t find it, the wireless light on the router (super hub 1) is constantly on, the internet through the Ethernet is fine its just the wireless issue, any ideas.

Sorry for the problems you're having with your wireless connection, I know this can be frustrating.

 

Very often changing your operating wireless channel will improve the performance of the connection. It's really easy to do, if you follow our help article - Changing the Virgin Media router's wireless channel / frequency it'll show you how to log into your Hub and make the changes.

Thanks for the advice but the router proved to be faulty and has been replaced all running smoothly now Smiley Happy
