Left sky because of slow broadband and now have same problem and most of the time no wi-fi. If i do get wi-fi its too slow to watch youtube videos. Broadband drops out constantly even though the main pc is connected by ethernet. Only had Virgin for a week and already regretting it. Can't get through to customer services either
