So I've had Plex working for years with the old Virghin box and then with BT for 2 years.
Finally come back to Virgin and have the new V6 box and cannot get my Plex library visible to my friends and family.
I called Virgin up who were no help at all.
So with the router I have enable Port Forwarding and have added my home PC to the reserve list under DHCP.
Plex is still showing as unavailable outside my network.
Any help with this gratefully received.

Sorry to read you are having an issue with using Plex.
If I am honest I am not familiar with this site. However, take a look at this thread > Plex Server Problems and check the post by cybmole to see if that will help.
