No network connection since returning form abroad

Hello,

Since returning to UK from France, my phone can't access the Virgin network. A list appears with 3G, EE, Vodaphone etc, but Virgin isn't listed. My internet is working fine, but can't make calls or send texts. Please help!

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your network connection since returning from France. 

Has this issue been resolved for you since your post?

Hi Terri,

Thanks for your reply. I called Virgin and it was sorted in the end. I didn't realise Virgin was actually disguised as EE! So rather simple in the end.
