No lights appear on my superhub

When i woke up today morning i saw the router which had no lights and i tried to take of the power and put it back and it still didnt work i also changed the power source to a different socket but it still didnt work

It,s probable the power adapter that has failed. As they do.

Check the cables, make sure the power button is on, then call virgin to get a replacement.
