No internet

Hi I have no internet I have tried turning off and on and also using the reset button. Can a mod check their end as I'm out of options and can't stream anything

Hi Weege,

Have you used the Check Service Status (top right of this page) to see if there is a known problem affecting your area?

Yes and the only issue it says is with streaming sky sports but I have no internet to browse got to use my phone 4G to come into here

Ok, well as we often ask, can you post your Upstream and Downstream data from the Hub.  Type 192.168.0.1 into your browser's URL to access Hub's management, but do NOT sign in.   Click on Router Status to access the data pages.

Did you find the Router Status button?   If it's a Hub 3 you've got I seem to remember you may have to sign in the first time or something but since I have no experience of the Hub 3 I'm not sure.

I did find the button yes and yes I do have a hub 3 I will sign in and try again have had nothing but problems since joining virgin it's unreal

I can't get onto the page tells me server is down so nothing is working, whatever is wrong is virgins end as I'm not getting any signal whatsoever

Managed to get onto internet and to network status but can't upload the data as I'm on my phone I can type the data on here if u say what u want

Downstream: the line of figures for Power Level (dBmV), and the line of figures for RxMER (dB)

Upstream: the line of figures for Power Level (dBmV)
