No internet

Hi only got installed yesterday and today its just not working, ive reset but just getting green light or flashing green light and 2 flashing green arrows

What area code are you ? Mine did same. 24 hours it wasn't working for. Doing the lights thing yours were doing. Yesterday evening it just randomly worked

Hi checked and it's says no faults in area and have also been getting red arrows flashing

I'm really sorry for your poor introduction to our broadband service. I had expected to find your connection working as it should when I tested it but I'm shocked to see how poor it is.

The downstream power levels on your Hub are way too low, the upstream power level is too high and there are also a high number of power adjustments.

I would like to arrange for an engineer visit ASAP. Please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll schedule an appointment for you.
