No internet

I'm having issues with my internet.

All the lights are green (occasionally the internet light flashes red then off) and the router status light says either DS Scanning, CM Requesting IP address or Registration Failure.

I'm expected to wait until Saturday despite logging the issue yesterday for an engineer to visit (12-4pm mind you so my entire is essentially ruined) and the most they can offer me is a loss of service credit?

Ridiculous
