No internet

I am getting a flashing internet light. I logged into the router and it says there is a registration error. I have tried calling 3 times and after 10-15 mins on hold it disconnects.

Thanks for getting in touch! I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that there's some time outs inside the Hubs logs, an engineer will be required to attend in order to proceed with making the booking.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this all sorted for you.
