No internet, secured

Hi all,

Getting a lack of internet connectivity since yesterday on superhub2ac.
No known local issues.
Previously connectivity worked but frequently dropped throughout the day on the laptop but Samsung S3 was fine.

Now since yesterday have not been able to connect either one to internet.
Other devices owned by other tenants seem to be working fine-e g. iphone

hub has been switched on and off, reset.
laptop has been restarted, troubleshooted-still wont connect even with Ethernet cable.

would appreciate any help please!!

Sorry to read you are unable to connect your device to the internet.

I would like to check your connection for any issues however I was unable to locate your account. If you can send me a Private Message please confirming your name and address, that would be great.

In the meantime, do you get any error messages on your laptop or S3 at all when trying to connect?
