It's not a great help as I'm without internet since Tuesday it's just before Christmas when I'm supposed to be online shopping. Engineers not due till Monday. Will I have a weeks internet knocked off my bill? Plus the 45 minutes plus hassle waiting time to speak to someone? I've had to pay for extra mobile data.
