No internet green arrow flashing

My broadband been off for 24hrs.  Done the usual off and on with the hub.  Fed up now. Tried ringing but keep getting cut off after being on hold for 15 mins.

Same here. No net from yesterday, virgin does not picks up the phone and doesn't answer the posts here. "Great" service for "great" price

It's not a great help as I'm without internet since Tuesday it's just before Christmas when I'm supposed to be online shopping.  Engineers not due till Monday. Will I have a weeks internet knocked off my bill? Plus the 45 minutes plus hassle waiting time to speak to someone?  I've had to pay for extra mobile data.

I got net again after 1.5day. But I would be surprise as well if they reduce my bill. However, it was so easy to increase it without notice. Smiley Happy
