I have had no internet from Thursday 16th Feb . I called up to your customer service team on Sunday and they couldn't help me and they said they will book an engineer asap.I was told that I would receive a text or a call with a date when an engineer can come and resolve an issue but I haven't. Can anyone working for Virgin media confirm if the engineer has been booked or do it now. I working from home sometimes and need internet back ASAP. And it's nearly a week without internet so I will pay for nothing now???
Welcome to the forums, I am sorry you did not get a text message to advise of this. The connection looks to be working from this side so apologies that you cannot get online, is this on a wired or a wireless connection?
