No internet access. Superhub 2 resetting to factory.
My parents internet access keeps dropping out. I am able to access the router interface but not the internet.
The log gives a long list of critical errors (here's the jist from having to type them into my phone): Started unicast ranging no response received T3 timeout SYNC timing syncronisation failure - failed to recive mac sync Sync timing syncronisation failure - failed to aquire qam/qpsk symbol timing Recived response to broadcast maintenance request but no unicast maintainance opportunities received. Unicast ranging received abort response.
The other issue is that the router keeps resetting to the factory setting and is not saving SSID or admin password etc.

I'm sorry to read you are having issues with the broadband connection.
