No/intermitent wifi

Dear Virgin Media,

I have had problems connecting to the internet from my SuperHub 2 AC for about a week now. All the lights on the front of the hub are blue but i cant call up any web pages from the wi-fi connection. This applies to all devices. They can find the wi-fi signal but cant access the internet.

For some strange reason I can connect to the internet from an Ethernet cable but not wifi. I have restarted and re-set the hub numerous times but most of the time i get no access. Any help would be great.

Really sorry to hear about the problems you've recently had with your wireless connections.

 

I've just checked and I can see that you've now got 4 wireless devices connected.

 

I'm hoping everything is up and running now, however, if you need me to check or test anything, please just ask.

Many thanks for your reply. I changed both the 2.4g and 5g channel and it seems to have sorted out the problem.
