No download or upload speed. T3 time-outs.

The last 2 days my broadband has been crawling at a snails pace. Speedtest brought back results of 0.05 yesterday and 0.02 download speed today. Can somebody please help me get to the bottom of this?

I've checked the router network log and it's spammed with no ranging response T3 time-out messages, I'll paste the log below:
