No connection

When I scan for known faults that I have to do regularly it usually shows something.
We have no connection at the moment but when I scan for issues it says no known issues and that our equipment is fine!?
This is not the case. We have no internet connection or wifi

Hi Lewispaul,

 

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that you have no connection or WiFi, I apologise for any inconvenience.

 

I have tested things from here and I can't see anything out of the ordinary, your Hub is online all of the power levels are where they should be and there's a no time outs inside the Hubs logs.

 

If you are still being affected by this, what lights have you got on the Hub?

 

Also, how are you connecting wired or wireless?
