I live in SE24 and we've had no Virgin TV for about four days now and this is day two of no broadband. Naturally, we can't get through to speak to a human on the "customer support" (LOL) lines, and the live chat on the website doesn't work either. No surprises there.
Aside from obvious frustrations at this company in general, anyone able to help me with finding out anything about the total service breakdown in this area and when we might expect to see any life breathed into it?! The service report on the website says the broadband was supposed to be fixed by 10am this morning, which is all I can find.
