No broadband connection

Internet dropped out last night, the usual pinhole reset hasn't worked. The traffic light keeps flashing, tick light slow flashes for a while then goes out. Support (over the phone) not much use, I'm thinking re superhub may be knackered. Any help would be welcome.

I've located your account and I can see you've already spoken to our team to get this resolved. I've also run a diagnostic on your equipment and the hub is looking healthy at the moment.
