We have had problems with our VM broadband since christmas , after many many fruitless phone calls to VM they finally sent out a new router . It DOESN'T WORK. We have now been without broadband for over 24 hours and have been told an engineer can't come out for over a week. This is nothing short of ridiculous.

I have tried to test your connection from our side but I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account.
